Wallets can be seamlessly connected to ZEP in a non-mobile, PC environment (Windows, Mac) and are available in browsers that support extensions.

If you have any further questions regarding your wallet connection, please contact ZEP Discord> 🌐web3&crypto Channel.

Wallet Creation

If you don’t have a wallet, please refer to the guide below and follow the instructions.

We will walk you through how to set up a wallet and create an account, using MetaMask as an example.

  1. Search for MetaMask in the Chrome Web Store and click Add to Chrome to install it.

  3. When the pop-up window appears, click Add extensions and click the pushpin icon to pin it to your browser.

  5. Click the MetaMask icon in the upper right corner of your browser to start, then click the Create a Wallet button. In the window asking for your consent to participate in MetaMask improvement, click whether to agree or not. Even if you don't agree, you can still use the wallet without issue.

  7. A seed phrase consisting of 12 very important words will appear. This is an extremely important combination of words directly related to the security of your assets, so please store it carefully.

  9. If you enter the whole seed phrase correctly, your wallet will be generated with the message above. The default network for MetaMask is Ethereum Mainnet.

After creating the wallet, you might want to add a network other than Ethereum Mainnet. If so, click MetaMask and click Ethereum Mainnet at the top of the pop-up window, and a window where you can select to add a network will pop up. Click Add Network as shown in the image below.

MetaMask provides a list of popular networks, and each of them can be added automatically by clicking the Add button. If you want to add a network that is not listed, click Add a network manually.

Enter the required information carefully. Below is an example showing how to add the Klaytn Mainnet Cypress:

Click Save. If you have entered all the information correctly, you will be able to select the Klaytn Network in the Network Selection window as below. You can now select the Klaytn Network here when you wish to trade Klaytn-based digital assets using MetaMask.
