Payment Process

Check out detailed steps on how to subscribe to the Premium Plans and apply them to your Space.
  1. Access the Space settings menu

    After entering the Space you want to upgrade, open the Space settings menu. Navigate to the Plan Management tab. In this tab, click the Plan Upgrade button to open the payment page.

    ※ This section is only accessible to the Space Owner and Admins.

  3. Select Plan

    In this page, select the maximum number of concurrent users for your Space, and then choose between the Basic and Pro versions. Then, click on the Continue button.

    ※ Subscribing to the Enterprise plan requires a separate consultation.

  5. Register Card

    Provide all the required card information for payment and check the checkboxes after confirming to proceed. Then click the Pay button.

    ※ Please note that both the Owner and Admins have the ability to change cards for payments. Therefore, please be cautious when assigning Admin roles.

    ※ Payments will be processed every 30 days using the card information you have provided. You can change to another card at a later time if needed. ※ If the user permission of the individual who registered the card changes to Staff or a lower level, the payment may fail.

  7. Payment Completion
  8. The plan will take effect once the payment has been completed.
