🕰️ Communication Space for External Meetings, Team Meetings, and 1-on-1 Coffee Chats

• When the tiles around you get dark, it means you are in a “Private Area.”
• Users in private areas can only communicate with those in the same private area.
• All the normal communication methods, such as screen sharing and text/video/audio chat are still available here.

💬 Communication Channel Only for Those in Your Company

• Go near the bulletin board object and press F to open a communication board.
• Create a free bulletin board, a compliment box, or an anonymous bulletin board.

📒 Handy Note Taking at Your Fingertips

[Sidebar] > [APP] Quick Note

• Use the Quick Note app to leave quick notes during meetings.
• Notes are only shown to the writer and they do not disappear even when you refresh the Space.
• You can check and edit the notes even after leaving and re-entering the Space.

• The conference room can accommodate a large number of people at the same time, and important information can be conveyed to the audience through screen sharing, video calls, and voice chat.
