Admin can change Map Editor permissions, Space settings, and Host settings.

This app provides several features that help those who have Staff permissions or above manage users.
Feature | Description |
๐ Teleport | You can set private areas where only admins can go to. (Up to 20 locations) |
โจ Summon User | You can summon any users in the same map by entering their nicknames. You can summon all users in the same map as well. |
๐ Display Admin Message | You can show a notice message to all users in the same map. |
๐ Hide My Avatar | Your avatar becomes invisible to other users. |
๐โโ๏ธ Enable Running Mode | When enabled, avatars can move at a faster speed. |
๐ Space Security
Set Space Password
You can set a password to enter the Space. To do so, enable the Set Space Password toggle and click on the Change button. You can enter a password of up to 32 characters.
Configure Domain Restriction
This feature allows only users who have signed in with an account in a specific domain to enter the Space. Please enter only the text that comes after the "@" symbol in the email address. You can add up to 10 domain addresses by separating them with a comma (,).
Set Up Whitelists
- Click Download List and fill it out. (Please use Excel or Google spreadsheet.)
- Email (Column A): This is a required field and only accounts registered with ZEP can be invited. Please make sure you enter the registered email correctly and that the user uses this email to sign in.
- Name (Column B): Enter to set the userโs nickname. If left blank, the user can freely change their nickname.
- Save the guestlist as a CSV file.
- Click Upload List to upload the guestlist.
๐๏ธ Manage User Permissions
You can add members to the space or manage host permissions.
Host features are available to Owner, Admin, and Staff.
โป You can only invite users who have registered emails with ZEP.
โป When you invite a user, an email notification will be sent to them. If they haven't received the email, please ask them to check their spam folder.
โป If you transfer ownership to another person, your role will be changed to Admin.
โป Please note that the Space Owner role is limited to only one user. Please be careful when transferring map ownership.
