If you are using ZEP for company events, please refer to the ZEP network information below.
Due to firewall or network settings, errors may sometime occur. Please refer to the information below for seamless access to ZEP.
1. Metaverse Platform (chatting, entering Spaces)
PORT | URL | NOTE |
TCP 80, 443, 4443, 5443, 6443 | *.zep.us | Space access, homepage, map editor, chat, image and other file storage |
TCP 443 | zep.us | ZEP homepage |
TCP 443 | www.zep.us | ZEP homepage |
TCP 443 | cdn-zepetoful.zepeto.io | Image and other file storage |
TCP 443 | asset-zepetoful.zepeto.io | Image and other file storage |
TCP 443 | api.amplitude.com | Access statistics |
To accommodate varying numbers of users, the ZEP server can be scaled up or down as needed. Therefore, it is important to process *.zep.us wildcards and we recommend setting the TTL setting to less than 5 minutes.
2. Video/Audio Chat
PORT | HOST | DES |
TCP 443 | *.livekit.cloud | Signal connection over secure WebSocket |
TCP: 443 | *.turn.livekit.cloud | TURN/TLS. Used when UDP connection isn't viable |
UDP: 3478 | *.host.livekit.cloud | TURN/UDP servers that assist in establishing connectivity |
UDP: 50000-60000 | all hosts (optional) | UDP connection for WebRTC |
ZEP utilizes an external solution for video, audio, and screen sharing functionalities. In order to obtain the best audio and video quality, we recommend allowing access to the UDP ports listed above. Additionally, please ensure UDP hole-punching is enabled (or disable symmetric NAT).
