To make running a live event easier, you can prepare a quiz question file in advance and pull questions from there during the event. You have the option to use both TXT and CSV file formats.

You can configure up to 10 questions for each game. Please note that if there are more than 10 questions, only the first 10 will be displayed.

How to Configure a TXT File

1. Prepare a File

  • Create a new text editor, such as Notepad.

2. Fill Out the File

Make sure to put a comma between each question and its corresponding answer.

3. Save the File

  • After filling out the questions and answers, click on "File" > "Save" and choose the Text Document (.txt) file format.

How to Configure a CSV File

1. Prepare a File

  • Create a new Google Spreadsheet.
  • Name the file however you like.

2. Fill Out the File

  • Quiz Show
    • Enter the questions in Column A and the correct answer in Column B of the Google Spreadsheet.

  • OX Quiz
    • Enter the questions in Column A and the correct answer in Column B of the Google Spreadsheet.
    • The answers for the OX Quiz questions need to be upper or lowercase "O" or "X" letters that indicate the correct answer. If O or X are not used, the CSV file will not be registered properly.

3. Download the File

  • After filling out the questions and answers, click on "File" > "Download" > "Comma-separated values (.csv, current sheet)" to download the file as in the CSV format.

How to Upload the File

  • You can find the downloaded quiz file in the "Downloads" folder. Click the "Add File" button in the window to upload the file.
