👁️ Administrator (ZEP Admin Features)

The admin app is an application that includes useful features for hosting various events in a Space (map). Only those who have Staff or higher permissions can use this app.

Permissions

  • Administrator: A user with administrator or higher privileges (administrator, owner)
  • Up to 5 administrators can be assigned per space and they can use the features together.
  • Users with permissions below administrator level cannot run the app.

Main Features

[Default Settings]

  • Summon user
    • Summon Specific User
      • You can summon any users in the same map by entering their nickname.
      • If there are multiple users with the same nickname, only the user who recently entered the map will be summoned.

        • TIP. To avoid confusion, announce in advance to prevent users from using the same nicknames!

    • Summon all users in the map
      • Summons all users in the current map to the admin's location.
      • Users will be moved to the location called by the administrator after 5 seconds.
    • Summon everyone to the current map
      • Users spread across other maps will be summoned to the map where the host is located.
      • Users will be moved to the location called by the administrator after 5 seconds.
    • Administrator Commands
      • The command list, which was previously only available through the chat window, is now built-in.

[Notice Settings]

  • Announce
    • Display notice at the top of the map
      • This feature allows you to display a notice with a center label to all users within the Space.
      • Show only once
      • Display every 1 minute
      • Always show
    • Display entrance notice
      • When enabled, users entering the space can see the notice when entereing.
      • The login user will see the entry notice only once a day.
      • When an administrator changes the contents of the entry notice popup, a confirmation entry popup notice appears.

[Other features]

  • Transport function
    • Only admins can set areas to transport to.
    • You can save up to 20 transport locations.
  • Visitor statistics feature
    • You can check the number of users who visited the space.
  • Hide My Avatar
    • Admins can move around the map while keeping their avatar hidden.
  • Hide All Nicknames
    • Hides user nicknames from the admin screen

How to use the app

  1. Please install the app in the Space where you want to install it.
  2. Grant staff or administrator permissions to certain members.
  3. Members who have been granted administrator privileges can use the administrator app.
