Commencing from July 2023, ZEP will be launching a range of monthly subscription plans to provide enhanced features and services for our valued customers.

Until now, ZEP has offered free production access to all users. However, as part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing our services, we have developed a new plan system based on the maximum number of concurrent users per Space.

To commemorate the introduction of the Premium Plans, we are excited to present the "Early Bird Program," which will be announced starting from the first week of July. Updated Policy on For-Profit Activities Using ZEP

We would like to bring to your attention that the policy concerning for-profit activities within the ZEP service has undergone recent updates in accordance with the revised Terms and Conditions, effective as of July 11, 2023.

• To engage in for-profit activities utilizing the ZEP service, customers are now required to submit an application to the Company via the dedicated [Application for For-Profit Use] page. Following a review process, the Company will assess and may grant permission for commercial activities, and at its discretion, may impose relevant fees.
• It is essential to emphasize that all for-profit activities conducted within the ZEP service necessitate prior reporting. Failure to conduct prior reporting and obtain permission may result in restrictions on the use of the service.

For more detailed information and a comprehensive understanding of these updates, we kindly urge you to consult the Company's Terms and Conditions and the supplementary information provided below.

• According to Article 10.1.7 of the Company's Terms and Conditions, it is prohibited to "use the service for purposes other than their original purpose, such as for profit, sales, advertising, publicity, political activities, and election campaigns, without the explicit consent of the Company."
• However, in accordance with Article 24.2.1, a Customer may engage in the following for-profit activities within the Service upon obtaining explicit consent from the Company.

Promoting, marketing, or advertising third-party individuals, services, products, etc. other than themselves within the ZEP Space, which is the Service provided by the Company. (For clarification, ZEP Space refers to a metaverse space accessible to Customers within the Service).

Applying or bidding for projects from administrative agencies, public enterprises, and quasi-governmental agencies (hereinafter referred to as Public Institutions) utilizing ZEP Service.

• In case of the preceding paragraph, the Company reserves the right to levy a usage fee. The specific details, rates, and other relevant factors pertaining to the usage fees, collection methods, and settlement procedures will be determined based on consultations between the Company and the Customer, or the Company's internal policies.
• A Customer intending to engage in for-profit activities using the ZEP service must provide accurate information as requested by the Company and submit an [Application for For-Profit Use]. 
• The Company reserves the right to cancel the application for for-profit use and impose restrictions on the Service if a situation arises or is confirmed that does not adhere to the conditions stipulated in the [ZEP Terms and Conditions].
